डियर मोदी काका ,
हो तिमी हामी भन्दा 22 गुना ठुला छौ तर
याद राख, हामी तिमी भन्दा 22 गुना बलिया छौ।यो पनि बुझ हामीलाइ नाकाबन्दी गरे तिमीलाइ ४ खर्ब ४५ अर्ब घाटा हुन्छ । सानो हुनु,कमजोर हुनु होइन । गरीब हुनु ,भिकारीहुनु होइन । जे खाइरहेछौं, किनेर खाइरहेछौं । तिम्रो हस्तक्षेप र धम्की हामीलाइ कदापी
स्बिकार्य छैन । तिमी जस्ता ब्रीटिसको जुत्ताको तलुवा चाटेर स्वतन्त्र भएकालाई के थाहा अक असलछिमेकीको सम्मान कसरी गर्नु पर्छ भन्ने कुरा । नेपाल मात्र इतिहासको एउटा यस्तो देश हो जसलाइ कसैले शासन गर्न सकेनन। इतिहास साक्षी छ,हामी कसैको गुलाम बन्न चाहेनौ।बरु भोकै मरिन्छ स्वाबिमान बेचिन्न । पानी नखाइ युद्द गरेर जितेका बिरहरुका छोरा नाति हौ हामी ।परिआए अवका युवा देशका लागि जसरी पनि लढ्न सक्छन कसैको साथ चाहिदैन !
बिगतको इतिहास लाई फर्केर हेर देशको लागि खालि पैतलाले आगो टेकेर छातिम गोलि थाप्ने बिर गोर्खाली हौ हामी ।हामि मरेका छैनौ र ज्युदै छौ। हावाले जति बिरोध गर्छ चङ्गाले उति नै उचाइ लिन्छ हो हामी पनि अब उचाइ लिने छौ ।यो संविधानको असन्तुष्टि होइन, स्वाधिनतामाथि गिद्धेदृष्टि र आन्तरिक मामलामा बक्रदृष्टि हो। हामी चुप लागी बस्ने छैनौ ।मेरी आमा ले मलाई भन्नु हुन्थ्यो ”छिमेकिले धेरै दया देखायो भने राम्रो हुदैन बाबु” शत्रु खोज्न टाढा जानुपर्दैन भन्ने कुरा तिमीले पुष्टी गरेका छौ तिमीले । याद राख ,”मुसो सानो छ भन्दैमा बिरालोले बन्द कोठामा थुनेर तड्पाइ मार्छु भनी सोच्नु गलत हुनेछ। मुसोले ढोका नफोड्ला तर कोठाबाट जरुर निस्कन्छ ।” डियर मोदी काका ,यत्ति भनेसी त बुझ्छौ होला नि तिम्रो नाकाबन्दीको महत्व ? हेर ! भैसिले दूध दिन छोड्दैन, खेतमा बाली उम्रन रोक्दैनन, खोला नाला सुक्दैनन ,हावाहरु रोकिदैनन त्यसैले तिमीले नाका बन्द गर्दैमा केही हुदैन!हाम्रो प्यारो भुमीको कन्दमुल जडिबुटि खाएर बच्न सक्ने हिम्मत र तागत छ हामी
सँग । हेर !हामी नेपालीहरु मजदुरी गर्न भारत जाने गर्छौ र लाख लिएर फर्कन्छौ।
तिमीहरू भने डाका गर्नलाई नेपाल आउने गर्छौ र करोडौं लिएर फर्कन्छौ । हामीलाइ पनि थाहा यो कुरा ।
मोदी काका , “तिमिले नेपालको बिषयमा सम्बोधन नगरेकै राम्रो ।बरु आफ्नै भारतमा भोकमरिले पिल्सिएका लाई र गरीबिले थिचिएका लाई जाउ गएर सेवा गर ।पुगेन भने बरू म मेरो हिमाल बाट स्याऊ टिपेर पठाई दीउँला , पहाड बाट कोदो र तराई बाट धान पठाई दिउला ।
त्यति धेरै कमजोर पनि नसोच नेपालि लाई ।तिमि संग त सिमाना मात्र जोडीएको हो नेपालको तर बिश्ब सँग त मन र आत्मा दुबै जोडिएको छ ।”हामी नेपाली ‘मित्र बन्न चाहनेका लागि संसारकै सबैभन्दा उत्तम मित्र’ र ‘शत्रु बन्नेका लागि संसारकै सबैभन्दा खतरनाक शत्रु’ जाति हौं ।” उही एक नेपाली राष्ट्र प्रेमी

Request to the world leaders on behalf of Nepalese citizens

As the world knows, Nepal has recently promulgated a new constitution through the best democratic process ever established in the world. The constitution was made and promulgated by overwhelming vote (90%) of the exemplarily inclusive constituent assembly (CA), which was formed through internationally applauded election.
It is open to all that the CA had gone through all the due process of constitution making established in the democratic world. In fact, despite being one of the youngest democracy, Nepal has set many examples of how political conflicts can be resolved through dialogues and democratic means.
However, India, which claims to be "the largest democracy," has shamelessly denounced the internationally accepted democratic norms and standards followed in Nepal. Going totally against diplomatic and democratic norms and standards, the country has disrespected Nepal's sovereignty. Crossing every limit, it is threatening to impose trade sanctions on Nepal thereby challenging international rules allowing for land locked countries to transport goods to and from seaports.
True, we have some issues within ourselves regarding the new constitution. Some political forces are not happy with the constitution. However, by all means, this is our internal matter of a sovereign country. Since we have adopted a totally democratic process and any of the provisions in the constitution is not against any other country including India, Indian Government cannot interfere at all unless we officially request them to do so.
In addition, our new constitution is exemplarily inclusive. None of the provisions discriminate any citizen of Nepal, be it Madhesi or Janajati. Forget about community or cast, the new Nepal respects every single person and protects its universally accepted rights. I can claim that it is one of the best constitution from inclusive point of view.
Then, why India is against this constitution??
•Is there any different definition of democracy for countries like us?
•Is a landlocked country not sovereign to make its own democratic
constitution?
•Is there any country in the world whose constitution was approved unanimously while promulgating? If not, why is it required for Nepal to have the support of 100%?
•If Nepal needs India's consent to promulgate constitution, does India also need Nepal's consent for its constitutional provisions?
If you think that the international rules, norms, and standards are equally enforced to every country in the world, please make India stop bullying Nepal.
If not, please stop talking about democratic norms and values!
